| Title Managed Services Technical Support Representative Position Overview If you ?re a self-directed go-getter who understands great customer services and loves technology, this may be just the job for you. Microserve ?s Managed Services Team delivers ongoing operational support services to our mid-market clients in BC and Alberta. Based out of Microserve ?s Network Operations Center in Burnaby, BC, you will make an important contribution to our team by providing escalated end user support, desktop system management, server and network management, and any other activities that will help us deliver top notch IT services to our clients. Responsibilities ? Support Microserve ?s help desk by providing escalated support for client computing issues, as well as mentorship and training ? Provide end user support as required by phone and email ? Perform scheduled, proactive maintenance for support equipment including desktop, server and network equipment ? Assist in creation, documentation and ongoing development of process documentation for Microserve ?s team ? Manage user accounts in active directory ? Ensure data backups are successful as scheduled ? Complete desktop and laptop imaging ?.... |
