Reporting to the District Operations Manager or designate, the Maintenance Worker performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks relating to various specialty trades that include, but are not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. In addition to carrying out general maintenance duties on a rotating shift basis within various CDHA facilities as directed by site supervisor, the Maintenance Worker will be required to perform building quality assurance rounds, as well as tasks in the areas of construction, installation, inspection of structure, and mechanical and equipment troubleshooting and repair. The Maintenance Worker will be required to abide by the Capital Health policies and procedures, and is required.... |
