| Maintenance Supervisor | ReferenceNo# 645977 POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the co-ordination and assignment of all Divisional activities related to maintenance operations and ensuring that all timing schedules and trades' regulations are adhered to. The Supervisor supports Management and Maintenance personnel by acting as liaison in matters regarding policy application, employee relations, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor has direct or indirect supervisory responsibility for approximately 40 - 45 employees. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Equivalent to completion of specialized courses normally taught in community or recognized colleges consisting of more than 2 academic years [Usually resulting in a Certificate of Qualification in a trade] 2. Must possess time management, leadership, communication, organizational and presentation skills 3. Human resource skills and maturity of judgement are required. 4. Computer skills required (MP2, word-processing and spreadsheet programs). DUTIES: 1. Orders materials required for repair, modification, installation, and maintenance from of equipment. 2.
