| Maintenance Supervisor Location London Regions London, ON Description On behalf of our client we are looking to identify a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee up to 60 shift personnel. You will ensure that the maintenance department is of the highest standard. This will require strong leadership and demonstrable experience in a related role. Responsibilities Include: ? Manage materials required for repair, modification and installation ? Support and participate with the Maintenance Manager in decision making and maintenance initiatives ? Manage skilled trades, Millwrights, Electricians and T&D Makers ? Support equipment upgrades and project initiatives ? Manage the PM matrix ? Manpower planning, scheduling and training ? Work closely with production and other departments to coordinate work ? Drive continuous improvement activities ? Provide management support to staff ? Provide direction on H&S, employee relations and team focus ? Provide documentation where needed ? Adhere to corporate guidelines Key Qualifications: ? Relevant technical qualification, ideally 2 year course ? Minimum of 3 years related experience in a supervisory role, ideally in automotive manufacturing ? Demonstra.... |
