| Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright Location: Welland Industry: Industrial Type: Direct-Hire (Perm) Pay Rate: 22/hr Post Date: 01/16/2012 Job Description: Position Summary: Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager and indirectly to the Production/Threading Manager, the Maintenance Mechanic/ Millwright will ensure operation of systems and equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements and troubleshooting technical aspects of equipment. This position is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of equipment, machinery to meet the stringent production standards vital to support a 24/7 production schedule. The Maintenance Mechanic/ Millwright position is capable of evaluating and repairing equipment to minimize lost production time in the entire facility. Job Requirements: Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: ? Ensure safe practices prior to working on any equipment to prevent harm to him/herself and to others ?
