| Maintenance Mechanic - Millwright | ReferenceNo# 646025 One Day Shift and One Afternoon Shift Position Available QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB: Must have Millwright Certificate Minimum 3-5 years experience in an automotive manufacturing environment Able to read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures Electro/hydraulic system troubleshooting skills are a must Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining injection moulding machines 1000 - 4000 Tonne Robotic programming an asset Able to work with minimum supervision Must be able to communicate issues/problems to supervisor/manager Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete situations related to mechanical/maintenance issues Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form Basic math skills MAIN DUTIES AND ACTIVITES OF JOB: Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment Perform break down maintenance as required Responsible for maintenance of presses, rolling mills, moulding machines and other production equipment Responsible for repairs and lubrication of machines and other equipment Dismantles machines and .... |
