Mail & Invoice Administrator Summary Reporting to the Document Control Lead, the Mail and Invoice Analyst will be responsible for scanning, tracking incoming and outgoing mail, and guiding documents through their appropriate approval process. This position will support Document Control, Finance and Procurement. Responsibilities ? Inputting mailing information into Coreworx (tracking sender/recipient, whether response is required, the importance of the mail and the type of document); ? Distributing all incoming mail; ? Ensuring all internal mail gets tracked and approved/signed by the appropriate authorities; ? Assisting the Finance, Procurement and Document Control departments by scanning, renaming and filing all documents; ? Moving all documents as efficiently as possible through the organization. Qualifications ? High School or equivalent ? 1-3 years in a administrative role ? Excellent organizational skills ?
