Essential Capabilities This is a junior-level mailroom position, with specific responsibilities including: Sort, mail and courier packages accurately Consult with supervisor to prioritize urgent client requests Maintain mail slots and mail bags, and empty mail slots according to schedule Change addresses and forward mail as required Knowledge of shipping and mail system is a must Must meet data security policy requirements Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, move courier bags/boxes, and maneuver mail cart throughout the office building Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Professional telephone manner tha.... |
