The role is defined by the needs of the service, client/family, population, program expectations and the goals for professional nursing practice. Functions as a primary therapist for an individual client caseload as well therapist or co-therapist in group programs. Provide comprehensive Mental Health and Addiction assessment, crisis intervention and follow-up services as required. Also provides an education/consultation role in response to the needs of health care providers, family physicians, community agencies, families & c.... |
