| MB5 French Media Coordinator This position is available through the Job Creation Partnership Program, offered in partnership with Employment Ontario . The Job Creation Partnership program is designed to provide those receiving Employment Insurance benefits (or those with reach back status) work experience opportunities needed to acquire more marketable skills to help them find future employment. DURATION: 26 weeks START DATE: ASAP END DATE: For Set Weeks JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates and maintain existing French media relations as well as implement and development of new initiatives. Liaises with sponsors and partners to keep them fully informed of festival activities. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reporting to Executive Director RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in planning and implementation of Festival’s French communications strategy Liaise with membership to collect content and information required to develop and maintain the festival’s web site, publications, media/partner database, and other initiatives as required Write French press releases and coordinate media packages Plan media events Maintain the festival’s French Web site participate in media activities (i.e., develop networks and .... |
