Schedules and supervises the work of the Loss Prevention Investigators/Health & Safety Specialist for the NLC. Communicates with all businesses within the NLC and provides support as required, in addition communicates with members of Loss Prevention Teams from the field to reduce/prevent losses. Major Responsibilities 1. Recruits, trains and coaches Loss Prevention team members/ Health & Safety Specialist. Provides leadership to the NLC Loss Prevention Team and is a key member of the leadership team in the NLC’s; 2. Collaborates and communicates with all internal and external partners.
