| Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Job ID: 16728 Location: Edmonton,AB Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Return to Previous Page Primary Focus Provides transportation/logistics support to all Enbridge liquids pipelines operations and maintenance facilities across Canada. Coordinate and/or expedite the transportation of all material & equipment with freight broker. Coordinate and/or expedite the cross border documentation as required with customs broker. Ensure at all times that Enbridge and its material are properly secured, insured, transported and managed in the most cost efficient manner within our means. Responsibilities Updating of project status spreadsheets. Interface with vendors, carriers, brokers and other Enbridge corporate & regional personnel. Expediting of all shipments as required. Creation of Material Receipt Reports (MRR's) in Oracle and/or MRR corrections. Maintain accurate updated shipping log. Handling inquiries for, but not limited to, shipping status, tracking shipments, obtaining proofs of delivery etc. Resolve freight claims, customs claims, investigate quantity shortages/overages, shipment errors, tagging issues and vendor invoice disc.... |
