The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate must be detail and process oriented, patient and independent. Job Description The Loan Office will manage, monitor and assess all lending and investment functions of the Bank's Branches and Subsidiaries. Responsibilities - Responsible for risk assessment, credit checks and the quality of loans and securities - Plan and regularly report on loan activity within the banks portfolio - Develop and adhere to policies and procedures, laws and regulations - Manage loan loss reserve and monitor early warning system Requirements - Exceptional communication skills - 7+ years experience - Travel 25% Compensation and Benefits Details $60K-$80K + bonus Refer a Friend Introduce your friends to Drake and we will pay you up to $500 if we place your friend in a permanent position.
