| Position Loan Administrator I Posting # #23/12 Location Kelowna Branch Province BC City Kelowna Classification: Level 5 Salary Position Focus Contribute to the achievement of branch targets and goals by providing administrative support to the branch lending team(s) by diligently following bank procedures and processes in an accurate, well organized and efficient manner. Education Post secondary accounting education an asset, minimum two (2) accounting courses. Experience/ Aptitude Minimum two (2) years administration experience. Cross-training in loan administration an asset. Working knowledge of all policies and procedures with the applicable manuals. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Previous experience working in a financial institution with a sound understanding of banking processes. Strong administrative ability, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively establish and work through priorities. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of Word and Excel. Team-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
