| Title Linehaul Manager Company Day & Ross General Freight Job Description Day & Ross General Freight has an immediate opening for a Linehaul Manager in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As the Linehaul Manager you will be responsible for developing a strong team of Planners, F.S.S’s and Dispatchers that can effectively deal with the day to day operational opportunities of the Linehaul operation. Ensure a high level of service for our customers and internal stake holders is achieved while managing all service delivery functions cost-effectively. Utilize strategic and tactical plans for the continuous improvement of this area which compliment the corporate goals and objectives. Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Ensure a culture of Safety 1st within your team • Ensure a “100% Service” mind-set within your team • Ensure operating plans are achieved within your team • Achieve established targets related to KPI’s • Responsible for Retention of Linehaul Brokers through improved wait times and broker revenue • Ensure Code Of Business Conduct governs behavior within your team • Ensure compliance to Hours of Service (HOS) &b.... |
