| Title: Lifestyle Consultant Job Type: Full-time, Days Location: Bough Beeches Place, Mississauga, ON Apply By: January 31, 2012 Overview Reporting to the Executive Director of the Retirement Residence, the Lifestyle Consultant is the key sales person on site and will share in the responsibilities of building customer relationships and driving sales to meet budgeted sales targets. The Lifestyle Consultant works in collaboration with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to effectively promote their residence to meet sales revenue goals and to ultimately fill the residence. Responsibilities To drive the development and implementation of the annual sales plan for the site, in conjunction with the Executive Director, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing and Corporate Marketing team; To make sales calls qualifying all prospects and leading them through the sales process using consistent and creative follow-up; To build relationships through creative follow up with our customers to ensure that their needs are being met; To meet performance goals in accordance with sales metrics, and marketing outreach goals; To remain current on competitor data, market a.... |
