| Lifeguard/Instructor Brandon’s Community Sportsplex This position entails standard lifeguarding duties at Brandon’s Community Sportsplex pool. Successful incumbents will be required to provide instruction in the many pool programs offered at the facility. Instructor/Guards are responsible for the general maintenance, care, and conditions of the pool area. Incumbents will work a variety of shifts during days, evenings, and weekends which may include split shifts. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications or they are not current you may still apply for this position as long as you are enrolled in the proper courses/re-certifications needed to meet the mandatory qualifications listed below. If hired, you will be required to attain all of the mandatory qualifications within a specified period of employment. Preference will be given to applicants possessing all of the mandatory certifications and one or more of the preferred qualifications as listed below.
