| Library/Web Coordinator Assignment: Perm full time Area of Search: Open Internal and External candidates may apply. Location: LAO LAW, Provincial Office Current Job Status: The position is vacant. Reports to: Supervisor, LAO LAW Primary Function: The successful candidate will spend approximately half of their time on website-related responsibilities, including an anticipated major website redesign. The Library/ Web Coordinator will also be responsible for the LAO LAW library through maintaining/updating the online library catalogue, interfiling new releases and housing books. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for providing telephone service and for final aspects of file preparation. Other duties will include handling all electronic subscriptions, including the maintenance and regular updates of subscriber lists. Main Duties of the Job: Editing and posting legal documents on the website and maintaining currency of website links Converting, emailing and posting the department?s weekly online case law summaries and online newsletter Adding content to forensic science online database Assisting in organizing content for website redesign Researching, recommending and impleme.... |
