| Level 4 Operator - Water Treatment Plant (Class 3 Water Treatment Operator) This position participates in the activities of the Section and coordinates with the Class 4 Operators working in the Section in delivering of services provided by the Division. The Class 3 Operator is responsible for assisting the Class 4 Operator in operating the equipment that processes river and/or well water to acceptable drinking water standards. Mandatory Qualifications & Experience: Grade 12, G.E.D., or Mature High School Diploma; Hold a valid class 5 Province of Manitoba driver’s license; Water Treatment Class 3 certification as issued by the Province of Manitoba or recognized equivalent; A Class 5 Power Engineering Certificate within 18 months of appointment; A Class 4 Power Engineering Certificate within 36 months of appointments; Minimum of three (3) year’s experience in a Water Treatment Facility or similar operations.
