Produces legal documents and correspondence using various software. Reviews, composes and prepares routine correspondence, manages the office effectively. Maintain Legal Services Unit section of RNC Intranet. Transcribes audio statements and court documents from various software packages. Maintains and ensures the integrity of information contained in both remote and in-house computer systems including Integrated Constabulary Network (ICAN). Maintains an information and document control system. Manages the personnel disciplinary records for all police officers within the RNC. Updates annotated legal literature.
