They are looking for a Legal and Customer Care professional to join their team for a twelve month contract. Job Duties:? Oversee conditional offers and provide assistance to Sales Agents in firming up? offers via legal changes etc. Correspond with purchasers? lawyers with respect to requested amendments to offers Customer Service to new purchasers from date of offer to closing via telephone and email queries Data entry of contact information for lot files Mortgage Approval maintenance including data entry of approvals, mortgage control chart and transmission of same to sales agents for their follow/up.? Communication with our solicitors with respect to any defaults/breaches of Agreements Assist construction department in changing closing dates, releasing keys on closings and communication with sites/project managers regarding purchaser requests/concerns Assist D?cor Centre/Service for PDI?s with respect to any purchaser concerns Assist with administration of new deals as needed Prepare correspondence concer.... |
