| KONTRON CANADA, GLOBAL MARKET LEADER in embedded computers, is recruiting at its Boisbriand Office 25 minutes North of Montreal for a position of: Legal Adviser THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : # PARTICIPATE in the drafting and revision of contracts of customers and suppliers; # PARTICIPATE in contract negotiations; # ENSURE consistency of contracts with customers and suppliers to minimize the business risks for Kontron; # DEVELOP policies and guidelines surrounding the review of different types of contracts; # MAINTAIN and update signed contracts; # DEVELOP partnership with colleagues in other entities of the Kontron Group and develop common contracts and guidelines; # PREPARE AND MAINTAIN different corporative documents needed within the Kontron operations: # The minutes and the annual resolution of the managers and shareholders; # The minutes and the resolution of the operations of the managers and/or shareholders; # The various corporative registers; # The annual reports to be produced for government authorities. # All other related tasks.
