| POSITION DETAIL Lease Sales Professional - Vancouver Department: Sales, Leasing, Rentals Location: Vancouver, BC Job Type: Full Time Professional Areas: Sales Description: Position Summary Solicits long-term lease agreements from existing and potential customers by developing solid rapport with contacts and ensuring a consistently high level of service to meet the expectations of customers and to create profits for Maxim. Responsibilities Prospects new business from new and existing customers through cold-calling, regular follow-up with competitors’ customers, current Rental customers, and attends events to make new contacts, renew acquaintances and form other various contacts in the industry either in person or over the phone. (75%) Performance Coaching Standards Meets or exceeds budgets (e.g. Profit/Loss and Targets at 95%) Follow-up with existing and potential customers occurs regularly Maintains long-term customer relationships Immediate needs of customers are met Amount of new lease agreements developed Tracks calls, customer contacts and the sales process using Maxim’s CRM Prepares lease quotes by developing and fine-tuning agreements that meet or exceed customer .... |
