| This position will effectively and efficiently operate and maintain all mechanical, electrical, controls and related equipment, providing environmental control to the property and electrical power service. Responsibilities: • Utility Management, including meter reading, monthly after hours billing and maintaining the utility spread sheets. • Management of the Angus Anywhere Preventive Maintenance Program and ensure that all work orders are done in a timely manner, avoiding any deferred maintenance. • Assist in managing the Angus Anywhere work order program, maintaining regional Brookfield goals addressing any recurring work orders to solve customer problems. • Provide guidance and training for the building operators to achieve the maximum in energy savings while maintaining code compliant tenant comfort through efficient start up, operation and shut down procedures • Maintain the logging and reporting procedures for the LEED EB O&M program. • Assist the Chief and Assistant Chief to supervise and mentors engineers. Encourage and assist them to attend educational classes that will improve their skills in the trade and achieve all relevant certifications. • Assist to ensure all punch .... |
