| Toronto, ON, CA Other Locations: N/A Requisition Number: HV043918 Full or Part Time: Full-time Job Objective Core responsibilities include ownership of the Foodservice & OnPremise channel strategy & ongoing value creation. The channel manager will be accountable for the annual Foodservice plan (volume/nsi) and ongoing opportunity assessment. Core capabilities will include leveraging insights (market, consumer, competitive, channel) to identify and implement commercial selling tools and business building programs which cater to the needs of the channel. The channel manager will support the 2020 long term & annual business planning process and implementation of commercial strategies (OBPPC) to restore profitability in the channel. Ensures initiatives are clearly communicated to National & Field Sales in accordance with our Picture of Success Standards. The channel manager have 1 direct report and work across the system to build and implement commercial strategies important to the channel. POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS Reports on ongoing performance of the channel and identifies areas of opportunity. Responsible for developing the annual channel plan.
