Lab Technician (One Year Term) Reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance, the Lab Technician provides support to the organization by way of the assessment of grain quality specifications and providing timely quality data to business units responsible for the procurement and sale of food commodities. The incumbent conducts a variety of laboratory tests designed to measure and assess the intrinsic quality of grain; provides operating and merchandising team members with quality specifications data; develops and facilitates training programs; and actively participates in progressive Quality Assurance objectives and process improvement initiatives.
