No. : ORG-SUP-ENV POSTED DATE : 2/1/2012 DESCRIPTION · Co-ordinates and manages daily work load of all staff · Co-ordinates requests or recommends resource planning e.g. need for additional staff or equipment · Handles performance and attendance management issues (with input from Sr. Analysts) · Develops production efficiencies · Elevates significant & complex resource issues to the Lab Manager · Lead and develop staff.
