| Senior Environmental Protection Officer Salary $57,188.79 - $71,428.33 Care for the environment in an innovative and professional ministry The Environmental Protection Division implements the environmental management programs developed under the authority of the Environmental Management Act (EMA). As the Senior EPO, you will help to protect the environment by providing authoritative and professional advice to others on the Environmental Management Act and the management of industrial, municipal, agricultural, point and non-point source wastes and hazardous materials. You will also lead regional and area-based EP planning, developing systematic approaches, policies and regulations. As an ideal candidate, you have strong team building, organizational, negotiating and conflict resolution skills. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be key to your success in this position. This is a high profile role for an independent, motivated environmental engineering specialist seeking a dynamic role on a productive, professional team. This position works in the Cranbrook office.
