PROFILE We are currently seeking an energetic, detailed, hardworking, self-starter to join our fast-paced Legal Administrative Assistant team. As an integral member of the Legal Administrative Assistant team, the incumbent will work two partners and one associate in the Business Law department. RESPONSIBILITIES The incumbent's responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Possess the ability to handle more than one professional and to undertake additional responsibilities as required within the share and team Have strong knowledge of general office procedures, office systems, file management and associated policies Be capable of implementing and maintaining practice management systems on behalf of busy professionals Take instruction, prioritize incoming work, follow through on assignments and manage ongoing tasks Prepare, draft .... |
