| Our client, a full line foodservice distributor, servicing Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario, is seeking a 'Learning & Development Specialist' to design, coordinate, and deliver training programs that support the organization's goals. Responsibilities: Development & implementation of a coordinated training and development strategy; strong focus on both sales growth as well as organizational / developmental based training; Design & produce all training materials, & provide input to training budget process; Delivery of training programs - or responsible to coordinate other resources & facilitators (internal & external) to assist in the delivery; Liaise with Human Resources, Senior Management, various departments, Director of Training, & peers within other operating companies to ensure quality, consistency, & effectiveness of training program services; Responsible for all aspects of managing training administration: Maintenance of training files & records; coordination of all aspects of training events - including locations, equipment, supplies, room set-up, scheduling, registration, participant confirmations, evaluation processes, & invoicing; Other responsibilities & projects as req.... |
