Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager, Pharmacology, Research and Quality Services of Addiction Prevention and Treatment Services (APTS), Capital District Health Authority (CDHA), the Knowledge Exchange Facilitator (KEF) is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating knowledge exchange and workforce development activities for APTS in the CDHA (50% of the time) as well as the IWK CHOICES program (50% of the time). The KEF position is part of the Pharmacology, Research and Quality Portfolio of APTS mandated to establish an infrastructure of supports and indicators for APTS to be an evidence informed decision making organization..... |
