| Position Title: Kinesiologist Competition Number: PC-12-039 Status: Part Time Regular FTE: .80 Department: Building Healthy Lifestyles Unit: Chronic Disease Management Position Type: Both Position Description/ Required Qualifications: The successful candidate will: Functions as part of an interdisciplinary team within Building Health Lifestyles Chronic Disease Management Team. Functions as a leader, innovator and change agent in the area of exercise as it relates to chronic disease prevention and management in Crowsnest Pass and Pincher Creek Area. Participate in project planning, coordinating and development of tools and resources for the various BHL teams in the area of exercise. Participates in the education, counselling, exercise testing and research components of the services we provide. Partner and engage partners within AHS and community to meet exercise needs of the population in rural areas. The successful candidate will be: Able to demonstrate community/networking skills in working with other health professionals. Able to demonstrate initiative to maintain and improve professional growth and development as well as modeling this to others. Able to multi-task, self motivate.... |
