| Job or Campus Folder Job or Campus Folder Kearl - Records Management Coordinator Job Description The Records Management Coordinator will be the on-site records management expert who has an in depth understanding of corporate records management guidelines, tools and systems. This position is responsible for maintaining a system (electronic and hard copy) that will ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for classifying, storing and archiving all documents and records required on-site by Kearl Operations. This position will ensure an efficient and secure file infrastructure (electronic and hardcopy) that meets all corporate records management standards including Operations Integrity Management Systems and Controls Integrity Management System Responsibilities: ? Support Kearl business units in understanding and complying with Corporate Records Management Guidelines ? Manage and maintain the on-site records center and ensure required security standards are adhered to ? Establish and maintain electronic file directories, including SharePoint, for organizing information and ensure appropriate access controls are in place ?
