| Job or Campus Folder Job or Campus Folder Kearl - Operations Security Lead Job Description Reporting to the Logistics and Infrastructure Supervisor, this role will be instrumental in the following areas: ? Develop and implement security practices for Kearl operations start-up ? Provide daily direction to contractor on activities and coordinate with ongoing project security team during operations ? Develop working relationships with Contractor, Contract Owners, Operations Management, Project Security, Corporate Safety and Security ? Provide strategic guidance on security to Operations management at site ? Maintain and report stewardship metrics to Operations management ? Overseeing site security program transitions during deployment of new supervised contracts ? Incident notification, incident investigation and case management as necessary ? Coordinate action plan with all stakeholders on security related matters ? Develop key external security relationships Required: ? Investigative & case management experience ? Strong proven leadership abilities & interpersonal skills ? Sound knowledge of basic security concepts Desirable: ? Experience in Oil Sands Industry ? Operational deployme.... |
