| The Junior Property Accountant works closely with other accounting team members in providing timely and accurate management reporting and analytical support to the Property Management team, Asset Management and Corporate Accounting. Responsibilities: Assist in the review and approval of monthly rent roll reconciliations Prepare 8 bank account reconciliations, wire transfers as required for funding and monthly HST claims Prepare cost allocation invoices using automated invoicing system, P2P Prepare property related purchase orders Administration of P-Card and expense processing Processing of new vendors using the Vendor Management System Reviewing and adjusting monthly service billings Assist the Financial Services Centre with accounts receivable issues Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages Assist various property departments with accounting information and inquiries as required Assist with other projects and additional duties as required Service/Personal Skills: This position requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
