| Junior Grain Accountant Location: Winnipeg Type: Accounting & Finance Job Description: Junior Grain Accountant Are you outgoing and ambitious? Are you looking to begin your career as an accountant? If so, the position of Junior Grain Accountant could be right for you. In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of grain accounting and contribute to the success of the company ?s commodities team. What You Will Do Record daily grain transactions: contracts, payables and cash Prepare and send customer invoices Assist with preparation of export sale documentation Assist with month-end processes: adjusting journal entries, valuating inventory & reconciling accounts Provide ongoing client & customer service Must Haves Post-secondary degree or diploma in commerce or business administration Enrollment in CMA or CGA program preferred Exceptional communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Open-minded and detail-oriented personality Apply Now!
