Coordinates activities for a group of campers aged 3-12. Through effective leadership and programming, enables pre-schoolers and children to develop skills, make friends, socialize and build self-esteem. Helps the Camp Counsellor to maintain the well-being of a group of campers, checking that activities are safe, inclusive and high quality.
