Reporting to the Office Adminstrator, the Junior Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing direct support to the administrative staff and assists with work overflow, or other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Prepare administrative reports and other office correspondence. Coordinate details related to internal meetings, including set-up and catering etc. Manage client invoices, client and contact databases, time and expense reports, meeting and travel coordination, etc. Provide assistance to the receptionist as required. Provide support to file room clerk as required. Complete other miscellaneous clerical duties as required by administrative staff or Office Manager/Administrator. Able to work extra hours from time-to-time in order meet deadlines. Willing to be a member of Joint Health & Safety Committee, Social Committee or other internal committees. Support the Vision of the Firm by ensuring the demonstration of our BDO Values and Expectations. Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge College diploma an asset Minimum of 1 year of working experience in an administrative or similar role. Work.... |
