| Grantech Engineering International Inc., GTI, is a quality and results oriented corporation providing project management, conceptual, front end and detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and start-up services to the oil and gas industry.
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Junior Accountant will be responsible for day to day accounting tasks as well as processing payroll for Grantech employees.
Main Duties:
Daily bank reconciliations.
Daily MasterCard reconciliations.
Daily processing of bank deposits and EFT transactions.
Daily entry of incoming vendor and contractor invoices.
Weekly invoicing to Grantech clients.
Weekly preparation of vendor and contractor cheque runs.
Weekly timesheet collection and approval.
Bi-weekly preparation of payroll using Ceridian In-Sync.
Accounting related filing.
Other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant and the VP of Finance.
Employee Requirements:
B COMM in accounting or equivalent experience in full cycle accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel. Ability to cr.... |
