| Title Joint Venture Accountant, Int.Non-Op Overview Our client is a growing 45-person, Calgary-based public oil and gas company that has conventional oil and gas prospects in western Canada. Current production is approximately 5,000 boed (largely natural gas). The Company anticipates closing a property acquisition in September 2007 that will add an additional 2,100 boed of production. The Company ?s 2007 field capital budget is $73 million which includes a 134 well drilling program. Compensation includes bonus, options and immediate benefits. Responsibilities Reporting to the Joint Venture Coordinator, duties include: ? Reviewing and coding non-operated joint venture billings including uploads from JIBLink, as well as ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of charges ? Accounts receivable reconciliations and follow up for selected non operated vendors ? Maintaining non operated cash call accounts ? Preparation and distribution of monthly joint venture cheque run ?
