Provide administrative and broking/technical assistance on assigned accounts as required. Responsibilities include the following: Provides administrative support by compiling, composing and processing correspondence. Reviews and proof-reads all assignments, obtains proper signatures and dispenses as appropriate. Responds to and processes telephone and written inquiries from clients concerning policy changes, additions, deletions, cancellations, and certificates of insurance, etc. Processes, reviews, and issues invoices, endorsements, cover notes, renewals, policies, premium calculations and certificates of insurance. Maintains renewal list and checks expiry dates. Obtains renewal information from the client and Account Manager. Prepares and maintains information systems, files, and reports: Client abeyance system - checks for abeyances on a regular basis Collects and compiles summaries of insurance Follows up on instruction sheets Actively participates in internal gro........More Details
