| . #: JPM3238-NB-248 Junior Project Management Support Specialist Duration of assignment: 10 months plus two option years Start date: ASAP Location: Ottawa, Ontario Security Clearance: Secret DESCRIPTION: Our client requires the services of a Junior Project Management Support Specialist, with the following skills and qualifications. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Candidates MUST MEET the following mandatory criteria in order to qualify for consideration: Minimum of twelve (12) months of demonstrated experience within the last three (3) years directly providing: Coordination of activities of project personnel and organizing a PMO; and Preparing documentations to track project progress and managing deliverables. Minimum of twelve (12) months of demonstrated experience within the last five (5) years directly providing: Electronic and hard copy document management; and Working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook). Minimum of six (6) months demonstrated experience: Booking travel/accommodations according to government guidelines and completing expense claims; Writing reports, minutes, summaries and routine correspondence; Giving briefings on progress and concerns o.... |
