Responsibilities include: The Software Developer ?s primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and unit test all of the design artifacts and codes for the software components as documented in the Application/Solution Architecture documents. The incumbent will also be expected to coach and mentor other developers in understanding design patterns, design standards, and coding guidelines and in ensuring that all software components integrate seamlessly in the overall architecture. At a minimum, the Senior Software Developer is expected to be responsible for the following activities: ? act as the main contributor to the overall design, design standards, and coding guidelines ? be able to quickly define the overall high-level design and delegate parts of the design to other developers/designers ? be able to quickly read and understand the content .... |
