| Investment Specialist Working at one of our largest contact centre customers, the Investment Specialist is responsible for: Providing administrative and clerical support to the US Retail Business by administering the retail documents for the development of branded facilities and provide financial assistance for their wholesalers. The Investment Specialist is also responsible for determining the amount due on agreements, repayment obligations, processing credit and debit payments, preparing and reviewing brand incentive agreement documents and entering and updating all incoming and outgoing requests in their log system. Qualifications: Exceptional computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail 3 - 5 years accounting experience Individual with college accounting diploma and accounting background Key Skills: Strong analytical skills Intermediate accounting skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Shift Flexibility: Must be flexible to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Compensation: $17.70/hr Interested candidates should forward their resume a.... |
