KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Audit WIP, support production team in investigating variances and identifying root causes Develop, implement and maintain controls to ensure the achievement of company specific inventory accuracy levels through execution of the following: Perform Bill of Material audits Perform routing audits for material requiring external processess Review, investigate and correct all negative inventories Review, investigate and correct all inventory adjustments inaccuracies, process adjustments accordingly Perform appropriate charting and tracking for departmental QOS Develop and implement controls and audits to ensure the ongoing validity of inventory transactions Institute corrective actions as required to meet inventory accuracy and financial control requirements Execute the month-end cut-off task list Develop, implement and maintain the cycle counting program Identification and disposition of obsolete material Organize and champion the year end physical inventory Perform other d.... |
