Responsibilities: Monitor Site inventories and analyze reports from JDE to ensure compliance with inventory balancing policy Coordinate and assist in the reconciliation of fuel purchases by Supply on behalf of operations; resolves and/or coordinates the resolution of problems therein (JDE) Collects and validates inventory information at month-end Maintains an up-to-date understanding of internal control procedures as they relate to inventory and rebranding Maintains accurate daily cost information for fuels in JDE Assists the commodity tax personnel in validating inventory data for reports required by various government entities Creates journal entries in JDE as necessary.... |
