| Job Title: Internal Support Technician City: Saint John State/Province: NB Description: Irving Oil is a regional refining and marketing company serving customers in Eastern Canada and New England. We are currently recruiting for an Internal Support Technician to join our Irving Oil Team. Duties include (but are not limited to): ? Provide active support of key internal user communities and their day-to-day use of technology ? Irving Family, Board of Directors, Executive Team, etc. ? Continue to develop and evolve specific technology solutions for these key internal user communities ? Configuration changes ? Support new modifications/customizations Requirements: ? Bachelors degree (preferably in Finance, Computer science, Business or related area) or ? equivalent education, training and related discipline required. ? 8+ years progressive IT experience ? Problem solving ? Database skills ? Hands on computer and application troubleshooting ? Proficient knowledge of MS Windows ? Expertise in networks, network administration and networ.... |
