Type: Intern More information about this job: Responsibilities : We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support the HR Employment Team in Montreal. The HR Intern will provide administrative support to the Recruitment team which includes preparing offer letters, background check requests, initiating the New Hire on-boarding process and when needed assisting with requisition opening and job postings. The HR Intern may also be asked to schedule candidates, arrange travel and support immigration requests. The ideal candidate must be available 20 hours per week for 3-6 months+ Qualifications : Pursuing BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills Proven high-level organizational abilities and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment Excellent communication skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus Prior HR experience is a plus Nuance has been named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers for the second consecutive year in a row.
