Responsibilities Review and preparation for recently proposed, pending, and implimented air quality rules. Examples include expanded ozone nonattainment counties, 30 TAC Chapter 115 VOC Storage Rules, and 40 CFR Subpart 63 NESHAP ZZZZ Review the 2011 SPCC plans and make a list of proposed revisions to plans and/or sites Prepare a brief guideline on waste handling that may be distributed to operations. Prepare Area Specific Waste Management Plans Prepare a brief description on what a reportable release (air and liquid) is and guidelines for how operations needs to proceed regarding reporting timelines, corrective action, and sample collection if applicable (ex. obtaining soil samples to delineate contamination including depth) Conduct/Document Noise Studies and NORM Studi.... |
