In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for the infrastructure team to deal with incidents/production support issues. You will also provide basic infrastructure services to IT: server builds, system patching and maintenance, upgrades, backup reviews, security reviews, etc. along with assisting the infrastructure team with technical tasks and projects where required. You will have exceptional trouble shooting skills and the ability to pickup new technology quickly. Work ratio is about 80% production support and 20% basic infrastructure tasks or projects. Specialization and Skills: Network and Infrastructure Systems Administrator 2 - 4 years Additional Requirements: ?
